New Delhi: In a major breakthrough, Delhi Police have registered an FIR against Syed Rizwan Roshan, who has allegedly been involved in selling drugs to bodybuilders in the capital. Roshan, a resident of Andhra Pradesh, was caught selling drugs in Delhi in June this year. His actions have not only raised concerns among the fitness community but also brought him under the scanner of the law.
Roshan, who was closely associated with several gyms in the city, has been a subject of multiple theft complaints from gym members. These complaints further fueled suspicion around his activities. Following these reports, the police began investigating his links to illegal drug dealings within the bodybuilding community.
Sources say that after being tipped off about his drug-selling operations, the Delhi Police registered an FIR against him. Currently, they are on a manhunt to locate Roshan, who, according to recent reports, has fled to Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.
The authorities believe that he may have escaped to his home state to evade arrest, but the police are actively coordinating with their counterparts in Andhra Pradesh to apprehend him soon.
