An Elegant Night of Art, AI, and Philanthropy on the French Riviera
CANNES, France – May 22, 2025 — As the world’s cinema elite arrives on the Côte d’Azur for the Cannes Film Festival, one evening will stand out for its mix of innovation, culture, and purpose. The AI Film & Congress Awards Charity Dinner, hosted by Royal Gentlemen, takes place on Thursday, May 22 at Majestic Barrière Beach in Cannes. The event will feature celebrated opera soprano Olga Filippova and Swiss-American artist Soren Sorensen, known as Dorian Gray.

A Night with Purpose
Organized in partnership with Congress Awards and the AI Film Awards, the event supports:
IRA France Africa Solidarity Renal Association — helping kidney patients across continents
Artemyst Association — bringing arts education to underserved children worldwide

Olga Filippova has performed on major stages like Palais Garnier and AsiaWorld Expo, and has worked with brands including Cartier, Berluti, and Rolls Royce. Seen by millions on CCTV1 and CCTV3, she says: “Being part of an event that merges art, AI, and philanthropy is a powerful reminder of creativity’s true purpose.”

Dorian Gray (Soren Sorensen) is a genre-crossing performer known for his four-octave voice and powerful shows. He’s composed for Eurovision, created music for an ICRC anti-war film, and was honored with the 2025 Wise.art Excellence Award, which featured his image on the Nasdaq Tower. In April 2025, he became the first independent pop artist to perform live at the UN Human Rights Hall in Geneva, where he introduced a performance blending human music and AI.
Discovered by Queen’s producer and joined on stage by David Hallyday, Dorian Gray has appeared at top venues like the Montreux Jazz Festival, and was praised on MTV Europe by Ray Cokes.
