A Dubai-based Zimbabwean business mogul, Tungwarara is the founder and chairman of Prevail International Group, a diversified conglomerate operating in construction, mining, shipping, and borehole drilling. His commitment to national development in Zimbabwe is evident through his leadership in major projects such as the Presidential Borehole Scheme, the Presidential Internet Scheme, and the Home Industries and Solar Scheme.

As a Presidential Investment Advisor, Tungwarara has played a crucial role in attracting high-value investments, including securing a $500 million Cyber City project in collaboration with Dubai billionaire Shaji Ul Mulk.
